In 2017, the release of an investigation about work conditions and the psychosocial risks by the directorate of research, studies and statistics (DARES) shows the importance to investigate those topics.

So, the objective of this dissertation is to show the existence of a link between the factors of psychosocial risks and the job satisfaction and performance. We want to show that the different correlations are not equal and that some factors are more important than the others. So, we want to establish a hierarchy of the factors of psychosocial risks for the job satisfaction and an other one for the job performance.

For that, we use a questionnaire. It is composed of 3 others questionnaire: RPS-DU, Job Satisfaction Survey and Employee Performance scale. There is 96 participants including 68 women. With those answers, we make 2 analysis: a correlation matrix and a linear regression. The correlation matrix will show us if a link exists. The linear regression will tell us if the factors directly explain the job satisfaction and performance.

Concerning the job satisfaction, the results show that all the factors are correlated with it. But, with the linear regression, the relationship at work is the only factor to have a direct link with the job satisfaction.

For the performance, all factors are correlated except the emotional requirement and the independence. Contrary to the satisfaction, the linear regression shows that there is a direct link with “Intensity and time of work”, “relationships at work”, “values conflict”, “insecurity of the job”.

Those results are not in accordance with the hypothesis because we can’t establish an obvious hierarchy of the factors of psychosocial risks. However, this dissertation is still important because it shows that 2 factors have a big influence: relationships at work and intensity and time of work.
