To conclude, work-home interface has become an important topic to study because of our connected world and the impact it can have on both work sphere and health. But this interface still has to be studied in order to better understand how work and private lives interact and the links between this work-home balance and other concepts. Future researchs must also study the strategies people can use to better manage their interface and limit the negative effects. With these future reasearchs and their results, we will be able to provide our hypothetical teacher, John, and real workers some advices to better manage their interface and adapt to the new ways of working.
